ADHD is a neurological disorder affecting children, adolescents and adults. The core symptoms of ADHD are lack of impulse control and persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity and distractibility.
My name is Mark Norris. As a qualified ADHD coach with a Master’s degree in Adult Education, I provide affordable life coaching and ADHD coaching to adults, and to parents of children with ADHD, employing tools and methodologies such the Nurtured Heart Approach.
The Nurtured Heart Approach is an amazing set of strategies developed specifically for children with ADHD and other challenging behaviours (attention deficit, conduct disorder, autism, oppositional defiant disorder) to facilitate parenting and classroom success.
